This study uses a qualitative design. To collect data, researchers used questionnaires that have been distributed. The respondent in this research 25 students EFL classroom. Researcher found Hello English to be of interest to students because it can be accessed from smartphones. and using Hello English for smartphone-based learning, students no longer need to carry heavy dictionaries and can more easily learn new words by accessing the Hello English dictionary. The researcher conclude applying Hello English to the EFL classroom makes students interested in learning and more positively responsive to teachers, the second teachers believe that learning with smartphones will increase students' interest in learning. The last student can get used to speaking in English and practice your pronunciation. The purpose of this study is to explain how the main character fulfills human needs and to find out the conflicts that occur in fulfilling human needs seen by the main character in the film Turning Red by Domee Shi. Researcher used a psychological approach. Researcher used a qualitative descriptive method. Sources of data in this study are scripts, images and dialogue from the film Turning Red by Domee Shi. In collecting data, researcher used documentation techniques. Then the data were analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results of the analysis in this study indicate that researcher found five levels of human needs using Abraham Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory, namely physiological needs, safety needs, love and belonging needs, self-esteem needs, and self-actualization needs. This study shows that human needs have been fulfilled by the main character in the film Turning Red by Domee Shi. Then, the researcher found three conflicts in fulfilling human needs, especially at the level of self-esteem and self-actualization using Kurt Lewin's conflict theory, namely approach-approach conflict, avoidance-avoidance conflict, and approach-avoidance conflict. This research is categorized as descriptive qualitative research. It involved the fifth semester students of English Literature Department 2022-2023 academic year as the participants. The data was collected through the interview. The findings of the research describe four factors that contribute in speaking anxiety and three types of anxiety. There were four factors based on Horwitz and Cope (1986) theory, the first factor is fear of negative evaluation (unconfident and overthinking) which made the student avoid do public speaking in English. Students were afraid because their mentality. The second is test anxiety (fear of performance in front of audience) which made the student avoid and afraid do the public speaking English. The third is communication apprehension (low speaking skill) which commonly happened on lack of vocabulary and unable to arrange the sentence and also stag in their mind. The fourth is new material which commonly happened on lack of understanding of new material. There were three types based on Horwitz (1986) theory, the first type of anxiety was trait anxiety it happened related when students fell unconfident and overthinking. The second type of anxiety was state anxiety. It happened relate on external factor and when someone feels being threatened. The third type was situation-specific anxiety. The aims of this research are to identify the characteristics of a Person with Tourette syndrome and the kinds of struggle used by a Person with Tourette syndrome as seen in ―Front of The Class‖ movie by Peter Werner. This research also used James Leckman et al, American Psychiatric Association and Stephen Harrison theory to find the result of the research. Researcher used descriptive qualitative method. The source of the data in this study is “Front of The Class” Movie by Peter Werner. In the data collection, the researcher used documentation technique. Then, the data were analyzed used descriptive analysis. From the results of this research, the researcher found three of physical characteristics represented of a Person with Tourette syndrome by Brad Cohen, there are the presence of tics, tics appear between 5 or 6 years of age, and repeated tics for at least one year. The researcher also found two of the mental characteristic represented by Brad Cohen, there are hard to concentrate, demonstrate disruptive behavior (impolite) and difficulty in interpersonal relationships. Then, the researcher found two kinds of struggle used by Brad Cohen, internal struggle and external struggle. Internal struggle are Brad holding tics to study, Brad tries to convince recruiter and register to be a teacher in various school. The research subjects were 12 classes of grade XI OTKP students. The method used in this classroom action research is descriptive qualitative, and uses associative problem formulation. The results of the research show that problems in learning can be well handled gradually. The use of short learning videos accompanied by posters during the pandemic in online classes can significantly improve students’ learning outcomes including speaking skills and can increase student activity in learning. This is clearly proven by the comparison of the analysis results in cycle I and cycle II. In cycle I, the individual absorption capacity of each student was 62.08%, with mastery in learning 75%. The results in cycle 2 of completion were achieved by all students with the individual absorption capacity of a student being 80.00% and the classical absorption capacity being 100.00%. This is clearly visible in the absorption capacity of each individual student and can be said to be classically complete.
